libgdiplus software package provides interface library for System.Drawing of Mono, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdiplus
libgdiplus is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdiplus package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdiplus *
You will get with libgdiplus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
